Return Policy

Quality expectations, replacement rules, refunds, and what happens when an order is lost or returned to sender.

Quality Guarantee

We want every order placed through MDGoods to meet your expectations. If a product arrives with a quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review the case and work toward a practical solution.

If our quality review confirms the problem, we may offer a replacement order. If a replacement is not practical or the recipient cannot wait for a new shipment, we may instead issue a refund.

Color Consistency

We use aligned production methods, equipment, and material standards across our network to reduce visible variation. Still, printing is a physical and chemical process, and exact color matching cannot be guaranteed every time.

  • Machine type and calibration
  • Paper or material selection
  • Humidity and environmental conditions
  • Cleaning and maintenance cycles

Minor color variation that falls within standard production tolerance is not considered a product defect.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you or your customer receive an order that is defective or damaged for reasons unrelated to the submitted design content, we will cover the cost of a replacement order.

  • Damage during delivery
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Verified production quality issues

Returns

Because MDGoods products are customized and produced on demand, we generally do not support standard returns and we do not provide a reusable return address for personalized items.

Lost Orders

If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once the loss is verified, we can usually arrange a replacement order.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to sender, place a new order within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date and contact us so we can review the case. Where appropriate, we can refund the product price on the replacement order, while shipping costs may still apply.

Orders are most often returned because of an insufficient address, delivery rejection by the recipient, or an unclaimed package at a pickup location.
