What is your return policy and quality guarantee?

If you're not satisfied with the quality of the products your customer received, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we'll investigate and find a solution.

If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

We're committed to making sure you are happy with your order.

In case of defective or damaged products, errors in number or quantity, or a lack of quality not caused by your content, we will cover the costs of the new order.

For returns, we do not support them since the products are personalized.

In the event of an insufficient address, the recipient rejecting the shipment or an unclaimed package, please place a new order and contact us for a refund of the product price for the new order (shipping costs still apply).

If the shipment is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement order.
