Shipping and Delivery FAQs
How does the MDGoods logistics network support faster and more sustainable delivery?
Because production is spread across many countries, orders can often be printed closer to the final delivery destination. That usually shortens transit time and can lower the carbon footprint compared with centralized fulfillment.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track orders from your account by opening the relevant order and following the tracking details there. You can also review parcel status updates directly from the order screen, which gives you a quick overview without switching to a carrier website.
How do I access tracking information?
Open your MDGoods account, go to the orders area, select the relevant order, and review the details page. There you can see product details, shipping information, order status, estimated delivery details, and the shipment event history when available.
Which shipping carriers are used?
MDGoods works with a wide range of shipping providers worldwide, including major international and regional carriers. The final carrier selection depends on factors such as production location, destination, shipping method, and parcel weight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship internationally. In most cases, orders are produced close to the delivery location, but if necessary we may route production to another country to maintain availability, capacity, and delivery performance.
What if my package is late?
If the expected delivery date has passed, we recommend waiting up to two additional business days. If the order still does not arrive, check the tracking information and contact the carrier for a live update. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will review the case with you.
